Jodi Fisher is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Impact Association Management, a results-driven association management company known for delivering strategic growth, operational excellence, and membership engagement for medium-sized associations. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in association and nonprofit management, Jodi has built Impact into a trusted partner for volunteer boards seeking mission-aligned, high-performing management support.
Since founding Impact in 2006, Jodi has set the vision and direction for the firm, guiding its evolution from a virtual support service into a full-service association management company. Under her leadership, Impact has expanded its service offerings to include strategic planning, financial oversight, membership growth initiatives, revenue-generating meetings and events, and customized governance support.
Jodi holds both the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designations, credentials that reflect her commitment to professional excellence and industry leadership. She actively contributes to the association community through volunteer roles with organizations such as WSAE’s Board of Directors and various committees for AMC Institute.
In her off time, Jodi loves to travel, work off her stress at the gym, camp with her family, watch the Badgers, and pretty much anything outdoors when Wisconsin weather cooperates!
