Allison Kincaid
Association Manager
Allison Kincaid is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in state and local government and nonprofit organizations. Her strong experience in association management brings impressive skills in governance, communications, organizational strategy, policy and procedure development, volunteer management, and strategic planning to Impact’s clients. She also brings several years of experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, and enhancing sponsorship programs.
Allison has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Understanding how important community service can be, she has served on two Charter School Board of Directors including two years as President.
Allison is an avid outdoorswoman and if you can’t find her hiking, photographing wildlife, hunting, or fishing, you’ll probably find her at home with her family. In her free time, Allison enjoys writing, knitting, gardening, and cooking.
