2024 AMC Institute Outstanding AMC Culture Award

This prestigious award is presented to AMCs with an exemplary internal culture, measuring talent experience, community outreach and internal community building. Culture is a such an important part of Impact and we try to reflect that in all company decisions, changes, and growth. This award is an incredible recognition of those efforts, and we are proud to celebrate our team's dedication and hard work.

2023 AMC Institute Rising Leader Award

This AMCI Rising Leader Award is awarded to an individual who demonstrates the ability to accept and execute leadership by providing extraordinary support and service to their AMC and/or clients. Impact’s Chief Operating Officer, Kirsten Reader, received this honor during AMCI’s AMCs Engaged Conference in 2023.

2023 Forty Under 40 Award

The annual Forty Under 40 honors 40 of the most successful and civic-minded young professionals under the age of 40 in the Greater Madison area. In 2023, Impact’s Chief Operating Officer, Kirsten Reader, was selected as a winner of the Forty Under 40 award alongside 39 of her professional peers.

2022 Dane County Small Business Award

For 40 years, InBusiness Magazine's Dane County Small Business Awards have put the spotlight on small businesses and the contributions they make to the local economy. Impact Association Management is one of five companies to win a 2022 Dane County Small Business Award, as selected by a judging panel of past award winners. This panel evaluated each nominee on revenue growth since inception, the benefit package provided to employees, and community contributions.

2020 Wisconsin Society of Association Executives: Association Leadership

The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives recognizes leaders in the association industry each year. They look for those with a passion for associations paving the way for innovation and growth. In 2020, they recognized Impact’s Chief Operating Officer, Kirsten Reader.

2020 Best of Monona Awards: Professional Services

Each year, in and around the Monona area, the Monona Award Program chooses only the best local businesses. They focus on companies that have demonstrated their ability to use various marketing methods to grow their business in spite of difficult economic times. The companies chosen exemplify the best of small business; often leading through customer service and community involvement.

Many Impact team members have put in the hard work to achieve certifications to enhance their skills and ensure Impact operates at the highest possible standard for our clients.

AMC Institute Accreditation

We are proud to be accredited by the AMC Institute, which requires that association management firms demonstrate adherence to operational and ethical best practices, as outlined in the AMC Institute Standard. Accreditation distinguishes Impact’s ongoing commitment to leadership in association management. Among 500-plus Association Management Companies worldwide, only 81 have achieved AMC Institute Accreditation.

American Society of Association Executives:

Certified Association Executive (CAE) Designation

In March 2020, the American Society of Association Executives announced that Jodi Fisher, CEO and Founder of Impact Association Management, earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. The CAE is the highest professional credential in the association industry.

Certified Meeting Planner

Impact Meeting Planner, Blair Sullivan and CEO, Jodi Fisher are Certified Meeting Professionals. The Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) is an internationally recognized certification program for event planners governed by The Events Industry Council (EIC). It represents the standard of excellence in today’s meetings, conventions, and exhibitions.

Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional

Impact Financial Specialists, Heather Kramer and Ingrid Beamsley, are Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professionals (CNAP). The CNAP program is designed to recognize excellence in the not-for-profit industry through comprehensive qualification, training, and examination. CNAP Essentials is a certification program that delivers qualification, training, and examination for nonprofit clients and community.

Gold Tier QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Impact Financial Specialists, Heather Kramer and Ingrid Beamsley, are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. The ProAdvisor program provides exclusive training to enhance individual accounting skills and QuickBooks expertise.
