Ben graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and has multiple years of experience working in the sport and event industries. Before joining Impact, he acted as the Director of Operations for the University of Virginia Women’s Softball team, managing the program’s day-to-day needs and ensuring the entire operation ran smoothly.
Throughout his career, Ben has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and adaptability, key traits that have led to his success in previous roles. His ability to connect with colleagues across departments has been instrumental in creating a cohesive work environment where goals are met, and everyone is set up for success.
In his free time, Ben loves traveling the world, golfing, and spending time with his family's two golden retrievers, Mabel and Johnny.
