Beth Schultz
Administrative Assistant
Beth brings years of experience and management in the administrative field to Impact. After helping multiple doctors establish their small businesses from the ground up and grow their patient base, she decided to expand her professional catalog and venture into the world of association management. Combining natural talents for organization and attention to detail, Beth tackles challenges with a skill and patience that make her well-suited to support a growing company like Impact. She graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Art History and a minor in Anthropology, where she was honored for her senior thesis at the University of Washington’s “Scholar Week.” After a decade of administrative management, Beth is a veteran when it comes to wearing many hats throughout the day and making sure that every project, big and small, gets completed.
In her free time, Beth likes to make jewelry from found objects, write songs and poetry, forage through thrift stores for the hidden gems, collect wildflowers to make homemade greeting cards, and spend hours walking her beloved rescue dog, Georgia O’Keefe.
