Darion Lespier-Greaves
Association Manager

Darion is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a passion for membership-based organizations and their role in building strong communities—whether locally, professionally, or beyond. She believes these organizations provide essential connections, resources, and opportunities that empower individuals and industries to grow and thrive. 

Darion believes in the power of continuous learning. She has completed the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and plans to sit for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) exam in 2025 through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Before entering association management, Darion honed her skills in event planning and program management, gaining valuable experience in fundraising, marketing, and budgeting for a variety of events. 

In her free time, Darion enjoys cooking, cuddling with her pets while watching movies, and trying new things like whitewater rafting.
