Association Coordinators
Henry is a detail-oriented professional who brings a wide variety of skills and technical knowledge to Impact and its clients. Henry's experience in administration and non-profit board development has honed their abilities in relationship building and effective prioritization to accomplish goals.
As an Association Coordinator, they use these skills to provide novel ideas and solutions to enhance client relationships, data management, and brand identity. Prior to working at Impact, Henry has worked in a variety of fields that fostered their ability to view any problem from multiple angles. Henry is also an excellent communicator and capable of both providing high-quality customer service and ensuring his colleagues are up to date on project status and goal progression.
Henry received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Political Science with a minor in International Development from Michigan State University. This instilled a knack for asking the right questions to get the information they need and a penchant for improving processes and procedures. Henry's academic experience developed their ability to understand complex concepts and communicating relevant details at a variety of knowledge and skill levels.
Outside of work, they enjoy reading, hiking, playing music, photography, and taking care of their two cats Persephone and Sappho.
