Kirsten has experience in both the non-profit and government sector, with an emphasis in member and stakeholder relations, leadership, strategic development, public relations and communications strategy, and customer service. She also has practice with managing Boards, leaders, and volunteers with the perspective of serving on Board leadership positions herself. Her problem-solving mindset helps our Association clients grow and flourish. 

At Impact AMC, Kirsten oversees client and team management, ensuring both clients and team members have the tools and support they need to succeed and grow. As the people manager for all Impact Directors, Kirsten works closely with them to foster their individual growth and role development, as well as that of the employees they supervise. Additionally, Kirsten collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer and the Directors Team to shape Impact’s strategic goals and initiatives, continuously assessing progress to drive long-term success. 

Kirsten also acts as the primary liaison between Impact and many of its clients, ensuring exceptional service, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. In this capacity, she ensures clients are satisfied with Impact at all times, resulting in long-term business by resolving any outstanding issues, proactively providing solutions and ideas, and generally working on client success at all levels. 

Kirsten is also a busy volunteer! She is an active member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives, American Society of Association Executives, and is Past Chair of AMC Institute's Engaged. Kirsten is also a member and Past President of the Junior League of Madison and Chief Volunteer Officer of the YMCA of Dodge County. 

In Kirsten's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, reading, running, and cooking.
